Not too many people realize how a good walnut tastes. Our
walnuts have a wonderful, mild, "no-bite" flavor and a terrific
crunch. They are excellent in salads, baking and simply

**Due to an extremely low production of
walnuts in the state this year, we chose not to have our walnuts
certified organic. We'll still be using the same farming
practices, but since it was a light year, we decided not to incur
the certification expenses.
