About ApricotKing

Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!

In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts.  Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Diced Apricots (2 lbs.)

Moist little diced Blenheim apricots for cooking, baking, or adding to your morning oatmeal.

Perfect for teething babies and adult babies.

We've saved you the trouble of cutting them up yourself.

We always suggest freezing or refrigerating these as they are low in sulphur

and are best stored that way.

Easy-peezy already "bite-size"       2 lbs.

    Very good for a snack

  2. I use for Scones and nut bread

Patti Dear Ha Ha I make the best apricot scones ever. I belong to two RV clubs and provide the pastry for both. The diced cots saves me a lot of work. Thanks Al

  3. Apricot Biscotti

Posted by Michael Rose on Jul 25th 2018

I use both the apricots and Bing cherries for my Biscotti...but not together. They are a fantastic addition. I also toss a bit into my oatmeal. You cannot go wrong with the producers of these fruits...the trees...and the Gonzales family, of course.

  4. Yummy bits

Posted by John Schaefer (aka Fr. Frog) on Jan 8th 2018

Fresh, juicy, and slightly tart. Great in stollen and oatmeal cookies. But boy has the price risen in the past couple of years! (Sigh!)
