Dried Blenheim Apricots - Slip Pits (whole apricots)

We call them the "Cadillac" of our line!  These gourmet jumbo apricots are sulphured whole and the pits removed so you get a whole, moist apricot with a hearty taste.  Like a meal in itself.  For a real gourmet treat, dip them in chocolate!  GP-16

Dried Blenheim Apricots - Diced and Baking Apricots

Many of our recipes call for chopped Blenheim apricots.  We have them already diced and bagged for you in two varieties: Diced or Baking! Baking apricots are blonder and a little more tart.  Perfect for pie making or for jam. They're low in sulphur, prefect for baking and ready to mix with our recipes.  Keep refrigerated or frozen.  DF-14

Organic Unsulphured Dried Blenheim Apricots

Our unsulphured Blenheim apricots are organically grown and dried naturally in the sun with NO preservatives or pesticides.  As they sun-dry, they become black in color. We keep ours moist and refrigerated.  DF-2

Apricot Leather Slabs

Every year, we get several requests for apricots fresh off the tray...the way old timers used to do it.  These are the sweetest slabs, fresh off the tray and unprocessed (they have not been re-washed and re-dried).  They are intensely flavored, firm & dry, thin & sweet.  If you like them soft and moist, order our other apricots.  These are unique in their flavor and texture.  DF-30

Dried Whole Blenheim Apricots - Pits Included!

Historically, folks added a pit when canning apricots to infuse the fruit with a warm, deep flavor.  We have purposely left the pit in our whole apricots to give them that killer warm, oak-like flavor that comes uniquely from the pit.  DF-25

Apricot Pits (kernels in the shell)*

Our sun dried Blenheim apricot pits are organically home grown...pesticide free. Get out your hammer and crack the purest concentration of nature's vitamin B-17.  The kernels are chewable, bitter, and a natural source of Laetrile, B-15 and B-17.

Our kernels are not shelled.  A hammer or similar tool will be needed to crack the shells.   DF-16
