   These pistachios are delicious and great for snacking. They're also healthy and provide fiber, minerals, and unsaturated fat that can help keep your blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol in check. Great on the boat with a beer or a dry sparkling rose.

   The roasted and salted pistachios are perfect. My pet peeves with pistachios are under-roasting and over-salting. These are perfectly roasted and lightly salted. An added bonus: In a large bag, there were only two nuts that were difficult to pop open - that was a nice surprise. I highly recommend these for your pistachio craving fix.

   I hesitated before ordering pistachios from ApricotKing since there are a few brands available at the local supermarket. But for freshness, crunch, and taste, there's no comparison.
