Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Classic slabs are overripe, sticky, and full of the sweetest flavor.
These are machine cut, delicate, thin slabs....very sweet and very tender.
We keep these separated from the rest of the crop....you'll notice their unique color and flatness.
Our crop produced several tons of slabs.....it was hot for several days before harvest....
so the yield on overripe fruit was excellent.
The Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!

I eat them almost every morning for breakfast. When I want something sweet, I eat slabs instead of candy.

I have been a customer for years. I was born and raised in the San Jose area before moving to Colorado. Always loved apricots.
Now in retirement I can still enjoy the fruit. Much better than I can find in local grocery stores!

I love these slab apricots and after buying a pound for myself I decided I'd better stock up with another bulk order. These apricots are the same high quality - soft, sweet and delicious. Feeling magnanimous, I offered some of the bounty to other family members, but only those worthy of the treasure that Blenheim apricots are. Now they owe me big time!

Hi, I ordered these with the endorsement of my brother who said they were similar to Trader Joe's Slab apricots and they were awesome! I bought them and my brother and I split them. Long and short I wish I had kept them all for me and my family, they are the best thing in the land! I love them and likely will order them as long as I walk this earth and will endorse Apricot King whenever I get the chance! I loved the personalized Customer service /hand written note that came from Patti, telling me that a different kind of shipping was chosen on my behalf saving me money!
