Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.
Slip Pits (Whole Apricots)
These are just like our Gourmet Slip Pits, but medium in size (a little smaller than our Gourmet Slip Pits).
Moist and meaty, these smaller apricots are dried whole and the pit gently slipped out of them. A great deal for an amazing apricot.

This is the third year I've been ordering dried apricots from the Gonzales family, and every batch has been plump, moist, and sweet-tart, great for eating by themselves or including in baked goods. The chocolate dipped apricots are a treat at Thanksgiving and Christmas, too!
There are apricots and then there are slip pits

I am a dried apricot lover...always have been. Several years ago we received some Gourmet Slip pits as a gift and I have been hooked ever since! I have never seen or tasted anything like them anywhere else. They are so moist and sweet...far different from regular dried apricots. Some people reward themselves with chocolate, drinks etc, but my little reward to myself are these slip pits. I just have to order enough because they do run out and also my kids are getting hooked on them.
Best apricots I've ever had!

These are by far the best apricots I've ever had. I have purchased apricots from several places and now Apricot King is the only place I'll buy them.
