About ApricotKing
Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Sugared Walnuts
Our sugared walnuts were added at the holidays several years ago.
Our customers continually requested them, so now we make them all year long.
They are nutty, crunchy, and delightfully sweet, but not-too-thickly sugar encrusted.
(Others are so overly sugar-coated you can't even taste the nut)
ApricotKing has perfected the sugared walnut recipe with a light splash of sugar, vanilla and a hint of cinnamon.

Just the right combination of cinnamon, sugar and vanilla coating a perfect sweet walnut. Absolutely delicious. I have purchased them for myself and for gifts. Everyone loves them.

I bought these because I remembered them being a Christmas treat and expected the memory to be better than the real thing. Boy, was I wrong - in the best way. These are *way* better than the ones I had as a kid. Just the right amount of sweet and love the hint of vanilla. Could barely stop myself from eating them all in one sitting! Definitely ordering more for myself and as gifts. Delicious!!!

This was my second time ordering from AK because I quickly went through my first bag of plain walnuts and returned to order the 2-lb bag - and seeing these sugared ones thought that I better try them. I'm certainly glad I did, although I'm going through them pretty fast...
