About ApricotKing
Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Apricot King's dried fruit is so good; it's just hard to describe it adequately. I sent a Taste of Hollister to my mother. She said it's just the best thing she's ever tasted: the cherries, the apricots, the pears, and prunes--all of it. I am grateful to Apricot King for continuing to produce the Blenheim apricots. Nothing tops it. I will add that we also buy a bag of their walnuts on a regular basis from the Farmer's Market near here. These are the freshest, best tasting nuts ever. We put them on the oatmeal, eat them out of the bag, bake them into cookies. Fantastic. OK, to be honest, I bought a Taste of Hollister for us, too. Thank you Apricot King!

We selected this items for several holiday gifts and the recipients said it was the best dried fruit selection they had ever received! The fruits were moist and full of flavor. I'll be getting this again, but for us this time!

After reading Ruth Reichl's endorsement in Town & Country magazine, I ordered A Taste of Hollister and Apricot Jam for myself, and the bag of Blenheims as a gift to friends who are themselves gourmands. I LOVE dried apricots and they, plus all the other dried fruit in the Hollister offering, were moist and full of the kind of flavor not possible to find in ordinary store-bought. The jam is fantastic, and my friends sent a photo of the cheeseboard, including the Blenheims, that they in turn offered to guests. A huge hit, and will reorder!

A Taste of Hollister is truly the perfect gift. The Apricot King's dried fruits a beautiful to look at and absolutely delicious. I sent them to a couple of aunts and to my mother. My mother loves them. Each bite is so full of flavor; she is reluctant to eat them because then they'd be gone. I cannot say enough good things about this item or about the kind help I received when making my order. Perfect.

Really cannot say enough great things about A Taste of Hollister. It makes a wonderful gift. It looks so good. I gave one to my mother and had to encourage her to sample the beautiful fruit; she wants to "save" it and thinks it's almost too good to eat.
But only almost. It is perfect.
