Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.

Unsulphured Blenheim Apricots
Our 2023 unsulphured Blenheim apricots are dried naturally in the sun.
They are cut, put on trays, dried for 7 days, scraped, washed, and redried.
This year's unsulphured are the best we've ever done....magnificently rich in color and flavor.
They can be frozen or refrigerated for years.
We keep them very dry......but you can soften them up with a little water.
The Blacker they are.....the sweeter they are.
All our fruit is organically grown. These 14 oz unsulphured are spectacular color and taste.
Freeze or refrigerate.

These apricots are like candy from heaven. When you first pop one in your mouth you go, huh? Where's the flavor? After about 4 seconds the flavor builds until you can not stand it...and you start to chew!! Oh my, now we are talking, oops, can't go there. This is read by the public after all. Oh well, buy 'em and see for yourself. You can not go wrong. Thank you apricot kings and queens.

I like the flavor of both sulfured and sulfured apricots. These were very good. Packaging was excellent.

Moist and tangy, the best I have tried so far. l used to buy them at Trader Joe's but too 'leathery' and difficult to chew. ApricotKing comes out on top once again with this sulfur free treat, really good with one or two in a cup of tea!

These are the best unsulphured apricots!!!!! I love the Blenheim apricots and taste of these are by far the best. I have tried other orchards and they don’t rival these in taste or texture. I am a repeat customer and will keep coming back! Thanks so much for your hard work!

It’s virtually impossible to find unsulfured apricots in the stores. Trader Joe’s used to carry but not any more. These are the best. Simmer them to a jammy consistency and spread on whole wheat toast. Yummy healthful breakfast!

The unsulphured apricots may look bit dry but really, if you give them a chance, you'll love them, too! I often add them into breakfast eggs or French toasts. So very moist and flavorful, great start for a day!
