apricot jam made from our dried apricots.
Most jams call for 50% sugar, but our cots are sweet enough that we only add a little sugar to make the pectin set (less than 10%).
Tastes like you're sitting under a tree eating killer-good fresh apricots.
Excellent and really the pure taste of apricots.

Always delicious
I am in apricot fanatic. There I admit it! This is incredibly delicious Jam. Not too sweet, just right! I use it to bake my hamantasion and totally love it.

Yum rare to find low sugar Apricot preserves
Purchased 4 jars and eat with Adams Crunchy Peanut Butter on toast. Now my source for Apricot preserves. Love that California is not far from Washington State.

Doesn't Taste Like Any Low Sugar Product I’ve Ever Had!
This jam is like I’m eating your apricots. Normally don’t buy low sugar, but the reviews sounded so good I had to try it for myself. It’s absolutely delicious and I can’t imagine eating it with more sugar now. I love it on toast and thinking about adding as a topper on vanilla ice cream.

Apricot jam of my dreams!
This is superb jam. The flavor, texture and aroma are outstanding. We make quite a bit of jam ourselves, but living in Minnesota we cannot get apricots good enough for jam. But the Blenheims in this jam are fit for a King! So glad I can mail order this jar of deliciousness.

Great Gift
Blenheim apricots are the only apricots worth eating. Fresh or dried. Since I no longer live where Blenheims are grown, I love that I can purchase Blenheim Jam from the ApricotKing.
