16 oz Apricot Jam (Low Sugar)

The best possible jam. Fresh tasting, not at all gummy. Fresh and intensely apricot-y. Perfection.

I grew up loving fresh apricots, but was always disappointed with jams that were either too sugary or lacked flavor. This jam wins on both counts, and the texture is perfect too. With just the right amount of sugar, you can taste the deliciousness of the fruit. Unlike most jams, this is thick with fruit and spreads like butter. Perfection!

I love to add a spoonful of apricot syrup to plain yogurt and top with some chopped toasted walnuts or almonds and- yogurt becomes a treat! The syrup tastes so fresh and fruity- not over-sweetened. I can think of so many delicious uses for it- basted on chicken with a bit of mustard, on ice cream, in oatmeal……it elevates so many everyday food to a new level. Wish I could order it by the gallon!

I sent this jam to my brother for his birthday and he is still raving about it. He agrees with me that this is the best.

This jam is the best stuff since sliced bread! It's the BEST stuff for sliced bread, divine in a PBJ, and if you can get some cashew butter, well . . . that's a true dessert PBJ, so indulgent! I have lightly sweetened it, cooking it to thicken it a bit and have used it in homemade Danish; absolutely wonderful. Definitely not like commercial full sugar apricot jam, and even less sweet than the reduced sugar apricot jam I have tried. This stuff has a sweet tart flavor of good apricots only. Makes me cry because I cannot get any fresh 'cots here worth a dang. Try it, you'll like it.

I am a connoisseur of toast with jam, and I highly recommend this. It is the only jam I buy, because nothing else even comes close.
