Most jams call for 50% sugar, but our cots are sweet enough that we only add a little sugar to make the pectin set (less than 10%).

Best cots all around
I have been enjoying these high quality apricots for a while now and enjoy their perfect blend in tartness and sweetness. It brings me back to when I was a child growing up in the Bay Area of CA. I was fortunate in that where I’d go as a child on my bike in the early summer I could find the juiciest apricots and eat them. Your Dried Apricots are by far the best .

Well worth ordering.
We've ordered your dried apricots for years and only thought of you when our local store was out of apricot jam for TWO weeks. Glad that happened. This jam is pure apricot. Not too sweet; not too tart. If no one is around, I eat it out of the jar. Guess that secret is out.

I have been purchasing AK's apricot jam for some years now. It is not too sweet and has chunks of fruit in it. I would never go back to any other brand.

Apricot “pie”
I know this is stretching it but I have to watch a lot of what I eat and these preserves on gf graham crackers, I now refer to as my Apricot Pie dessert! The preserves are the “filling” and the graham crackers , the crust. Works for me.
