Most jams call for 50% sugar, but our cots are sweet enough that we only add a little sugar to make the pectin set (less than 10%).
Tastes like you're sitting under a tree eating killer-good fresh apricots.
Excellent and really the pure taste of apricots.
We can't brag enough about it!

YUM YUM Apricot Jam
Wonderful on home baked bread. It is imperative that we have dried apricots in our pantry. They make an excellent snack to eat out of hand. We have ordered annually since 2006 7-10 pounds plus other products, never dissatisfied.

Very delicious and spreadable!
These big ol' jars of apricot jam are tasty and spreadable. Not too sweet, they are perfect for putting on PBJs, in smoothies, on biscuits and wonderful on oatmeal pancakes topped with a bit of maple syrup. Highly recommended and the jars and lids are great for storage.
