Most jams call for 50% sugar, but our cots are sweet enough that we only add a little sugar to make the pectin set (less than 10%).
Tastes like you're sitting under a tree eating killer-good fresh apricots.
Excellent and really the pure taste of apricots.

Best Jam ever!
The taste of the Jan is like sunshine in your mouth. Warm, not too sweet, perfect consistency. And that lovely apricot taste...mmmm!

Lots of flavor even with less sugar
Apricots grown in Hollister, CA by Apricot King Orchards just saturated with flavor. No worry about loss of flavor just because there is less sugar.

I had never tried your products before and purchased a slab apricots, jar of jam, and the syrup as gifts and bought one jar of the jam for myself to try. Most dried apricots we have purchased from grocery stores have no flavor or the jam is super sweet and you don't taste the apricots. Well, I must say how impressed I am with the jam!! It taste homemade and has so much apricot flavor!! I am literally having toast with jam EVERVY morning...so delicious! I can't wait for my gifts to be opened so I can have a taste of the other products I purchased. lol! The package arrived quickly with a personal note of thanks for my purchase which I thought was extremely kind, heartfelt and caring. What an awesome product and company that I will surely be ordering from in the near future!

Best apricot jam in history
This jam is simply superb. Apricot jam is my favorite flavor, but the 'cots you use make a terrific, rich flavor that isn't too sweet. The rest of my family agrees.

Best Apricot Jam Ever!
I so enjoy apricot jam, but it is hard to find one that is not too sweet or marmalde-like. I don't want jelly - I want jam! And I don't want preservatives or other junk in my jam. Thank goodness for Apricot King! A few years ago, my brother gifted me with a small jar, as well as some slip pit apricots. I loved them both! This time, when I bought jam, I went for the large jar. What an excellent product!
