Hollister is one of the few places that still grows the best Blenheim apricots in the world.
This jam is made from our dried apricots, and it is superb.
ApricotKing's jam will spoil you from ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).
We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (less than 10%) to set the pectin.
Just like your Grandma used to make....only better!

Nice apricot taste
Love the flavor and not too sweet and pairs perfectly with peanut butter on toast. Definitely my favorite apricot jam and great packaging. Nothing broke!

Grew up loving apricots, thanks to my dad and mom. My mom ate them fresh, my dad always ate his PB&Js with it. Was searching for the best. This fits the bill. Tart, but great apricot flavor.

Just like I would’ve made, it but I didn’t have to do any cooking! Full apricot flavor with minimal sugar and pectin. Absolutely perfect!

Jam to treasure!
We make a lot of jam, but alas, the delicious Blenheim apricots don’t grow in Minnesota. Thank goodness the ApricotKing folks know their way around a jam pot! This is a delicious jar filled with sunshine and the best apricots anywhere.
