This jam is made from our dried apricots, and it is superb.
ApricotKing's jam will spoil you from ever buying any store bought jam (which usually contains 35% sugar).
We add a little pectin and just enough sugar (less than 10%) to set the pectin.

Tastiest jam in the world!
ApricotKing kindly put a sample of this jam in a previous order. It tastes like the best apricots in the world! We loved it so much that we ordered two jars, one for us and one for a birthday present. I need to ask whether a case of jam jars is available, that's how much I love this Jam!

I keep a stash of this jam for me and send it to my kids too- we are all fans of this jam that has such a rich, pure apricot flavor. We appreciate that it’s low sugar, so it isn’t overly sweet and tastes like spreading delicious ripe apricots on our toast. It’s far and away the best apricot jam we have ever tasted, and it has the perfect texture as well. It spoils you for other apricot jam!

I love the apricot jam- it tastes like fruit and not sickeningly sweet like apricot- flavored sugar. It makes breakfast toast a treat! And so nice to know it is free of preservatives, etc.
