These are truly a labor of love. 

Each and every single one dipped by hand.

    I get these for my mother for Mother’s Day and any other holiday I can think of. Always wonderful and never disappointed. She loves them and I am the number 1 daughter.

    Will power is the only way you'll be able to stay out of these treats. The apricots used here are delicious. Also, I'm a chocolate snob---a natural result of writing about chocolate for 20+ years, and the chocolate used for these is very good. The two combined are nearly irresistible.

    If understanding is correct, dark-chocolate is considered a health food these days. What a perfect marriage, then, between dark chocolate and the outstanding flavor of the Blenheim apricot! It is a mouth-watering palate delight!

    Chocolate covered apricots are the best. Just the right amount of sweetness in the chocolate to complement the apricots.
