About ApricotKing

Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!

In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts.  Simply delicious! Diced Apricots

Moist little diced Blenheim apricots for cooking, Holiday baking, or adding to your morning oatmeal. 

Perfect for teething babies and adult babies.

We've saved you the trouble of cutting them up yourself.

We suggest freezing or refrigerating our diced as they are

low in sulphur dioxide to start with.

  1. Fried appricot pies

    Put some diced apricots in a pot and just cover with water. Simmer until soft and then mix until it forms a thick paste. Roll out some pie crust into a 6 inch circle (I use Jiffy Mix). Put about 3 heaping tablespoons on one side of your crust. Fold the other half of your pie crust circle over the apricot past and seal the edges with a dab of water and a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until they just start to brown. My Grandmother used to fry her's in Crisco, hence the name. I've been addicted to these since childhood.

    These chopped apricots are very nice. I don't have to fuss with chopping them up and can dump them in anything I wish. I feel they are good deal for the effort they save me alone!

    While all the apricots are delicious, this product makes baking apricot nut bread for gifts much, much easier.
    Also, my toddler grandson thinks that eating the bits is a great treat.
