But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

Blenheim apricots are the only apricots worth eating. Fresh or dried. Since I no longer live where Blenheims are grown, I love that I can purchase the slabs from the Apricot King. Best Dried Apricots Ever!
I have been eating dried apricots my entire life, store bought, Hadley, Bella Viva Orchard, etc. However, it wasn't until I found ApricotKing Apricots that the search was finally over. We grew up in the Central Valley and lived off local dried fruit. Of course, the apricots were always the favorite and the slabs are gems of the bunch. Good value for price! Get the largest bag in your budget - we used to have to hide them from each other in the freezers at home just so you got your share!
