Deliciousness!
I start every day with some of these delicious, healthful apricots. They are always sweet, tart, soft and chewy. A perfect complement to granola and plain yogurt. I am so grateful there is a 2023 crop after the terrible winter storms. I wish the entire ApricotKing team (who are always so kind and helpful) all the best and thank them for their hard work. And I wish them a less stressful 2024 growing season!

ApricotKing consistently has the best apricots I've ever eaten (and I've tried apricots from SO many different sources). This year's crop is absolutely phenomenal. These slabs have a lovely soft (but not mushy) texture. They are sweet, tart, and bursting with concentrated apricot flavor with a beautiful complexity. I love having these in my jersey pocket on long bike rides, and they are delicious in homemade granola.
