Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

I was spoiled when living out of US and very disappointed when I returned to only find the tasteless (turkish?) apricots sold in the East Coast. Then I found you and have only ordered and eaten your apricots.

Worth the expense!
I have been purchasing their slabs for years, they are worth the extra expense. Incredibly fresh and subtle with so much flavor. They are easy to store and keep their luscious apricot flavor.

We use to have 80 acers of Apricots in Fremont, the Dias ranch. Glad we found the Apricot King. Sure did miss the sulfur smoked Cots. Will be a faithful buyer from now on. Spent half of my life picking and running the dryer. Thanks Scott Dias.

Best for Snaking or Baking!
These dried apricots are wonderful! I bought them originally for baking, but we loved just popping one or two into our mouths and enjoying the wonderful flavor. They have become a staple at our home.

A perfect snack!
About 11 years ago I moved from Monterey to Maui. I really missed the great summer fruits I’d grown up with. But being able to get these fantastic blenheim apricot products has made my life about as perfect as it can get!
