Hardest to work on, hardest to clean, and hardest to keep in stock.

Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.

But slabs are sat a minimum right now.

 

 

Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.

Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.

These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!

 

Low in sulphur, so eat them, or refrigerate.

    ApricotKing consistently has the best apricots I've ever eaten (and I've tried apricots from SO many different sources). This year's crop is absolutely phenomenal. These slabs have a lovely soft (but not mushy) texture. They are sweet, tart, and bursting with concentrated apricot flavor with a beautiful complexity. I love having these in my jersey pocket on long bike rides, and they are delicious in homemade granola.

    I have been ordering dried apricots from the ApricotKing for close to 15 years. They never disappoint. Family owned and operated, I finally was able to stop by in person and get my own ApricotKing hat. Wonderful people!

    Slabs are better than any I've EVER tasted. I look forward to them every year and buy in bulk and freeze them.

    These ApricotKing Slab Apricots are the absolute best and worth every penny. They are moist, incredibly delicious (intensely apricot-y in the best of ways), and my favorite summertime treat.

    Any and all dried apricots I have purchased in stores pale in comparison. These are bursting with flavor, very sweet and moist. Simply the best.
