Hardest to work on, hardest to clean, and hardest to keep in stock.
Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

Low in sulphur, so eat them, or refrigerate.

Wish I could have a subscription!
I place big orders and refrigerate them because I hate to run out of these perfect apricots. Then I feel a little guilty not sharing them with my adult kids so I end up shipping half my stash to them

Love The Taste
The flavor of the slab apricots is fantastic. I would rather have them then fancy chocolates. I am so Happy that I found Apricot King again . They used to come to the Chico Farmer's Market, but have not for quite a while. As the other reviewer stated, their service is also exceptional. I am so glad that I reunited with Apricot King. A+++++

Best of the best!
We used to live in town and we were lucky enough to be able to get these excellent treats at the local farmers market but we have since moved away. I have searched for years with no luck trying to find something even remotely close. These apricots are truly one of a kind. I’m embarrassed to admit that the three bags we purchased are already long gone cause they are just so tasty!

Amazing treat. They don't sell stuff like this in the stores. We used to have an apricot tree growing up and my dad would dry them. There were so amazing just like the ones from the Apricot King. These are the best of the best!
