Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.
Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!

Slices of Heaven
I have loved dried apricots for over 60 years. Unfortunately, California apricots have disappeared from grocery stores and been replaced with Turkish dried apricots. They are an unacceptable substitute.!! Fortunately I found Apricot King online and have been ordering them for years. They ship well down here in Florida and they are the best! Thanks for all your time and effort to turn out an outstanding product!

JUST AS I REMEMBER
Good color, clean, and with a tartness that gives it some "spark". Have their other apricots, regular and fancy i believe. Eventually will see if i can taste a real difference. Color wise, they are all beautiful, and no pit pieces, or brown areas like some other "brands"

True California apricots, perfectly ripe. You can taste & feel the difference. They don't sell these in grocery stores around here, so I'm very happy!

Best Apricot Ever!
My husband received some wonderful apricots and other assorted dried fruits for Father's Day. He even shared them with me as we always share goodies. We loved them so much that after rationing the wonderful gift for a month, we ordered some more. These are the best apricots! I had a "Madeleine" moment when I tasted the first apricot. It took me back years ago when a patient of mine who was a manager of an apricot farm in Brentwood, California invited me to go to his farm to pick apricots. I went with my friend and we climbed on a ladder and picked some apricots. The manager had already picked two cases for us. We went home and invited two more friends to bake pies and make jam and eat the rest of the apricots. We left a few for our husbands. This was such a wonderful day! Thank you Patti and Gary for bringing back this wonderful memory with your delicious apricots!

Best Tasting Dried Fruit
The apricot slabs and the dried nectarines are the best I've ever tasted. The ApricotKing dried fruit reminds me of the dried fruit I ate in Santa Clara valley as a child. The mushy stuff sold in major grocery stores is vastly inferior and inedible compared to the ApricotKing dried fruits.
