Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

Consistent great quality
Apricot King has my business when it comes to purchasing dried fruit products and my fav, dried apricots! These slab apricots are wonderful quality and outstanding taste! I don't want to tell the truth about these slabs--if I do then they will be all bought up and then there's less for me. So stay away and don't buy them.

Apricots don't get better than this!
As a kid growing up in the Bay Area, every year I looked forward to sitting in apricot trees shoveling the sweet, soft fresh fruit until I couldn't eat any more. Apricot King's Blenheim slab apricots might be even better!

Best ever!
We had apricot trees as a kid and dried them every year. I have not found any as good until now! This is my second year buying them in bulk. I LOVE THEM! Forget the junk at the supermarkets. I have always said for years most people don't even know what a real dried apricot should taste like. Once you have these you will be hooked!

World-class delicacy
These are the most exquisite dried fruit I’ve ever tasted. Juicy, sticky sweet, tart and complex all at once. I used to eat chocolate for dessert after dinner; now I just have a handful of superior slabs. Worth every single penny.

Sweetest Dried Apricots Ever
When I was growing up, I cut apricots next door on big, wooden trays in preparation for their being dried. So I am familiar with the first step. As an adult, one of my favorite snacks is nuts and dried fruit. Your dried apricots are extremely sweet and moist--the perfect accompaniment to nuts.
