Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

Excellent, as usual. I usually buy organic dried fruit but make an exception tor these because they’re so good.

These were purchased as a gift for our sone and his family. Our children were raised in central California, so we know the real deal. And these are the real deal. Beautiful rich color! They are impossible to eat without closing ones eyes to truly savor the texture and flavor.

So sweet and tangy
These slab apricots are so tender they melt in your mouth. The flavor is like sunshine to me. And the color! These are the richest and most vivid orange, not at all like those rubbery pale Turkish apricots. These truly are California gold!
