If you like dried apricots (or fresh apricots for that matter) you will love Apricot King's variety, flavor and quality! I can't get enough and why I can only order 1 or 2 packs at a time! It is advised to store them in fridge and it takes 'discipline' to do so as there have been times when a pack didn't make it there!!! Once they are in the fridge...even better!!! Really good to add to some veg based soups, and being of Armenian descent often part to some of the favorite dishes, cooking dolmas with dried fruit, rice pilaf topped with chopped dried fruit! Pastries filled with a mix of dried fruit and baked...well I like to think of myself as a dried apricot officianado trained from 'nearly 'birth! Those dishes made with grocery store dried apricots can't even look at them anymore. Just imaging what my grandmothers 'gatah' pastries would have tasted has she had ApricotKing as a source for dried fruits!

These are sweet and perfect for adding to fruit salad, cottage cheese, snacking out of hand or baked goods. I am on the East Coast, and even though shipping is expensive, they are well worth the price!
