Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! "Which apricots are the sweetest?"

SLABS...ALWAYS SLABS....
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.
Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!

Blenheim apricots are the only apricots worth eating. Fresh or dried. Since I no longer live where Blenheims are grown, I love that I can purchase the slabs from the Apricot King. Slabs are my favorite as they are dried when they are super ripe. Apricot King makes ordering and shipping really easy, for yourself or as gifts. I just ordered gift baskets for family.

I have been eating dried apricots my entire life, store bought, Hadley, Bella Viva Orchard, etc. However, it wasn't until I found ApricotKing Apricots that the search was finally over. These are the best apricots I have ever had and I eat a lot of apricots. I usually reorder every 2 months for multiple pounds of apricots. The slabs never disappoint from all the years I have been buying them. So if you are looking for the BEST dried apricot, your search is over buy from ApricotKing and plan to be impressed!

We grew up in the Central Valley and lived off local dried fruit. Of course, the apricots were always the favorite and the slabs are gems of the bunch. Good value for price! Get the largest bag in your budget - we used to have to hide them from each other in the freezers at home just so you got your share!

These are sooo good. Yes, they are expensive, but I have not had apricots as good as these. So tasty and sweet, but not overly sweet. Don't hesitate to order!

We enjoy all the dried fruits from ApricotKing, but the slabs are our favorite.
We think of these super sweet morsels as our "apricots candy" for the day.
They are naturally sweet, too, simply being the dried over-ripe, mushy-soft apricots we remember picking off the trees and eating like candy in the orchard.
