Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

Supreme Dried Apricot
Along with SlipPits, these are the best dried apricots you can buy. The taste is rich, tart, and not too sweet. The texture is chewy but not dry. Compared to SlipPits, Simply Slabs are tarter, chewier, and not as visually attractive. These are for eating out of hand.
