"Which apricots are the sweetest?"
The answer to the question:
Hardest to work on, hardest to clean, and hardest to keep in stock.
Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.
Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!
Low in sulphur, so eat them, or refrigerate.

Soooo Good
Fell in love with them when they where at the Chico Farmers market. When I found out that I could get them by mail I was thrilled. The taste is awesome. I like them better than fresh apricots.

My kids won;'t eat anything else
We ran out of your excellent apricots. Bought some at Trader Joe's. Big mistake. My kids hated them and refused to eat them. Said they were "disgusting" and they're 7 & 9. Only ApricotKing Cots from now on!

Always sweet, juicy, and great distinctive apricot taste.

Best dried fruit money can buy!
These apricots have got it all — soft, juicy, tender, and sweet. You won’t be able to put them down. They make excellent gifts because their story is so unique - an heirloom variety with a super short harvest season and the most delicate of skins, making them a rare treasure.

Only California grown
I have been making cooked apricot pie using my mothers recipe from years past. Most say they are the best apricot pies they have eaten. Although probably not up to my deceased mothers quality, they however, are quite good. I have tried dried apricots from other parts of the world and they just don't measure up to the ones i have received from Apricot King.
