Hardest to work on, hardest to clean, and hardest to keep in stock.
Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.
Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!
Low in sulphur, so eat them, or refrigerate.

The finest apricots I have ever found!
I have been ordering from Apricot King for quite some time. Years ago I could find the California apricots in the grocery stores, but no more. All I could find were the plump and overly sweet Turkish apricots. Not at all what I like. So you can imagine my pleasure at finding this excellent company. I have tried all the different apricots that are offered, but find that the Slabs are my favorite. You can't go wrong with any product from this wonderful company. Enjoy as we do!

Best Ever!
These are the most delicious and sweet dried apricots I've ever had. We used to live in CA and get them from the Farmers' Market in Moraga. Now we are in OR, I order them online. Warning- don't eat half a bag by yourself......turns out too much of a good thing (tooo much fruit all at once)! :)

Soooo Good
Fell in love with them when they where at the Chico Farmers market. When I found out that I could get them by mail I was thrilled. The taste is awesome. I like them better than fresh apricots.
