But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

The Best Apricots on the Planet
I have traveled to many places in the world and had dried fruits in numerous locations. The apricots from Apricot King are simply the best anywhere. I prefer the Slabs for taste, texture and price.

Many people are lulled into believing Turkish apricots are good. This is simply because they have never had the Blenheim varsity. This product came quickly, packed perfectly and was first rate quality.
