But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

Love Apricots in Texas
These are the BEST Apricots I’ve ever eaten. The flavor is pure apricots. They are tart, chewy and you don’t want to stop eating them.

Slabs - Simply the Best - Better Than All the Rest
Once you go slabs you never go back. I feel like I’m eating candy rather than dried fruit. The flavor and texture is so satisfying it doesn’t take many to be satisfied. I like to wrap a half pecan in a half slab....luscious! I am a longtime customer and so happy that I found Apricot King. Such a friendly family company to do business with. My mother has put dried apricots in our Christmas stocking ever since I was kid (I’m now 70!). The one’s in the grocery store got so bad, she discontinued the tradition. Now that I have found Apricoy King, I’m the one giving apricots at Christmas and the next generation are apricot fans. Wish you could have tasted mom’s apricot fried pies!

Most dried apricots are rather dry and leathery. THESE are SOFT, SWEET, and MOIST! And THEY TASTE great!!!
