Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

NEVER anything better!
Most dried apricots are rather dry and leathery. THESE are SOFT, SWEET, and MOIST! And THEY TASTE great!!!

ApricotKing apricots are always the best but slabs are my favorite of all. Most wonderful taste treat in the world. I will only eat apricots from this orchard since I first began buying them so many years ago at Farmers Markets in Santa Cruz and then by mail order from Arizona these many years. All of the products from ApricotKing are wonderful. Their walnuts let me find the joy in walnuts again as did many of their products. I often make xmas gifts of their products to family and friends. It is great to share these treasures each year and introduce people to the wonders of Blenheim cots and the other apricot products from ApricotKind. Take care of those trees!!!
