Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.

I've been an Apricot King customer for decades. The fruit is the highest quality and delicious. I enjoy both snacking on and baking with it. When chopped apricots were introduced, it made me love them more. Always personal service from Patti and her family.
