Pick the Fancy Blend Apricots......very overripe and excellent.
But slabs are sat a minimum right now.
Slabs have the highest sugar content of all the apricots because they're longer on the tree...picked when they're soft and overripe.
Ours are machine cut, paper-thin, and delicate...even though they're the most labor intensive to produce.
These cots are separated from the rest of the pack by their unique color and flat-ness.
Blenheim slabs are the ultimate #1 choice of apricot aficionados everywhere!
Low in sulphur, so eat them, or refrigerate.

I grew up in Australia but have lived in the US for over 25yrs and have finally found these wonderful dried apricots that remind me of the ones I ate growing up in Australia. Well done ApricotKing, thanks for the brilliant flavour!

Wonderful flavor...got to pace myself!! They are my all time favs!!! As a child my favorite snack was dried apricots. It was often used in Armenian dishes so not at all unusual to have a bag in our cupboard. After a while my mother had to hide them because..well after all just one more.... Needless to say in my 80 years I have tasted quite a few, so recall Hadley's on our way to Palm Springs, I never went to the candy aisle...headed first to the dried apricots. So a history of 'tasting' and one day I find 'Apricot King', not sure where I saw the ad and..of course had to try them. Oh my...I can not order too much....it's gone in a flash around me!!! Most 'authentic' tasting dried apricots anywhere!! Even in Istanbul!!! And Yerevan, Armenia!!!

There is Nothing like Apricot King!
Being a customer for years, I have tasted most of the fruit, jams and chocolates. They are always superb. This ain’t your Grandmas dried fruit.

Best apricots I've ever tasted
I've eaten alot of apricots, and as a child, grew up around a Croatian grandmother in Mountain View who still helped in orchards, cutting cots for drying. She also canned her own, and made AMAZING jams from Blenheims. But these slab apricots are the best I've ever had--they're the best. One reason is the grower uses less sulphur in drying, which helps make a better flavor, and less digestive issues. So, these are now my #1 choice. Thanks, ApricotKing!!
