Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Unsulphured Blenheim Apricots 14 oz
Unsulphured Blenheim apricots are sun dried with no sulphur dioxide.
They are dried (almost cured) for about 7 days, scraped, washed, and redried.
This year's unsulphured are the best we've ever done....magnificently rich in color and flavor.
They can be frozen or refrigerated for years.
We keep them very dry......but you can soften them up with a little water.
The Blacker they are.....the sweeter they are.
All our fruit is organically grown.
These 14 oz unsulphured are spectacular color and taste.
Available in bulk also.
Freeze or refrigerate.

It’s virtually impossible to find unsulfured apricots in the stores. Trader Joe’s used to carry but not any more. These are the best. Simmer them to a jammy consistency and spread on whole wheat toast. Yummy healthful breakfast!

The unsulphured apricots may look bit dry but really, if you give them a chance, you'll love them, too! I often add them into breakfast eggs or French toasts. So very moist and flavorful, great start for a day!

Obviously there remains no dried apricot that can come near the taste, nutrition, and quality of the Blenheim Apricot. ApricotKing is a fitting name. I have tried other brands, but Apricot King has my business because of the consistent quality of their products. Their dried mangos are also out of this world. I see now their dried mangos available. So, I order soon!

I use dried apricots in breads and cakes. Since ApricotKing's are the best tasting all by themselves, I can't wait for holiday baking!

Got 3 bags.Only opened one so far but I can say that it is great. Lots of good ones--big, smooth, sweet. Much better than my last batch which were mostly small and too dry/sourish. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Really good!!

I've been eating dried cots my whole life and in 66 trips around the sun, these are the best I've ever had. Period.
