Unsulphured Blenheim apricots are cut in half & sun dried.
No sugar added. No sulphur.
They are dried (almost cured) for about 7 days, scraped, washed, and redried.
This year's unsulphured are the best we've ever done....magnificently rich in color and flavor.
They can be frozen or refrigerated for years.
We keep them very dry......but you can soften them up with a little water.
The darker black they are.....the sweeter they are.
All our fruit is organically grown.
These 16 oz unsulphured are spectacular color and taste.

I grew up in CA. moved out years ago. I miss the beaches and the apricots! Thank you for shipping these unsulphered organic-ish dried apricots they taste great and remind me of the huge apricot tree in my backyard growing up!!

Blenheim apricots, the best!
My apricots are are as unbelievably delicious As my previous order. The taste with no sulphate is how I remember these apricots from my parents trees in Southern California. “Great,” is not a good enough word!

Been looking for these...
I used to get these at my food co-op back in my hippie chick days, then for a while, Trader Joe's carried them, but I had to track these down and I'm so glad I did! These apricots are really top-notch: flavorful and moist, almost "jammy" in texture. I will be buying these regularly as long as you carry them, so I hope business is very good and stays that way!

So happy to have located 'Apricot King' online. Now I want to visit, love California grown goods!!! Not easy to find unsulphured dried apricots and these are the best I have ever found anywhere. I will continue to order from the source, fast and efficient and tasty products!

Blenheims are the BEST
