Unsulphured Blenheim apricots are cut in half & sun dried.
No sugar added. No sulphur.
They are dried (almost cured) for about 7 days, scraped, washed, and redried.
This year's unsulphured are the best we've ever done....magnificently rich in color and flavor.
They can be frozen or refrigerated for years.
We keep them very dry......but you can soften them up with a little water.
The darker black they are.....the sweeter they are.
All our fruit is organically grown.
These 16 oz unsulphured are spectacular color and taste.

Goodness
Dried apricots have been a long favorite. While I love them in just about any form the unsulfered let me enjoy a whole lot more! Love the chewy goodness! Apricot King found a way to dry them so they are deliciously soft and sweet. I have found the unsulfered apricots in a very few places and they usually are more like leather and have to be reconstitued in apple juice or water to enjoy. These...too good!

10 Stars! I have been a dried Blenheim apricot addict for over 60 + years. (OK, as a kid, what do you think was in my Xmas stocking year after year, Yep!) I stumbled upon these guys when my natural food store charged more and packaged less. WOW! ApricotKing came through for me in a big way. Absolutely excellent apricots. Thank you, I will be back.... Yummy & Great Tasting!
We really love Blenheim Apricots!! We "stew" dried apricots with hot water in a bowl, and have them with breakfast nearly every day!! Wonderful contrast to protein foods & vegetables!! Yummy!! We appreciate the quick response when we ordered, and are very happy to have found ApricotKing after our local grocery stopped carrying California dried Blenheim apricots.

Best in Class
These dried Blenheim apricots suffer by comparison only to the supreme Simply Slabs and SlipPits. They should be soaked before eaten or, better yet, chopped for use in baking or with hot cereal and steamed grains.
