Unsulphured Blenheim apricots are cut in half & sun dried.
No sugar added. No sulphur.
They are dried (almost cured) for about 7 days, scraped, washed, and redried.
This year's unsulphured are the best we've ever done....magnificently rich in color and flavor.
They can be frozen or refrigerated for years.
We keep them very dry......but you can soften them up with a little water.
The darker black they are.....the sweeter they are.
All our fruit is organically grown.
These 16 oz unsulphured are spectacular color and taste.

I thought last year's unsulfered apricots were really good, but tough. This year is even better! The apricots are a little softer and are even sweeter and larger, and likely even more nutritious than ever. I am thoroughly enjoying these. I slowly chew them as I do work online. Thanks for making them available.

I love Blenheim apricots.
These have been one of my my staples for much of my life. I have bought in bulk from ApricotKing a few times per year for many, many years and attribute this in part to my very healthy 69 year old self. Flavor is amazing. Some may be put off by not the bright color brought on by Sulphur but I don’t do sulphur in my food.

I love these apricots so much. I buy several pounds in December and snack on them till Spring. They're so full of flavor and the soft juicy texture is perfection. I will be back again and again.

Rich flavored, chewy snack! Just like I made myself. Flavor is more intense than the sulfured apricots.

Most flavorful
ApricotKing's unsulphured dried apricots provide lots of chewy flavor. Love them right from the bag and do keep them refrigerated. They are great for cooking and can be somewhat 'reconstituted' by a soak in water if you prefer. Consistently great taste!
