Unsulphured Blenheim apricots are cut in half & sun dried.
No sugar added. No sulphur.
They are dried (almost cured) for about 7 days, scraped, washed, and redried.
This year's unsulphured are the best we've ever done....magnificently rich in color and flavor.
They can be frozen or refrigerated for years.
We keep them very dry......but you can soften them up with a little water.
The darker black they are.....the sweeter they are.
All our fruit is organically grown.
These 16 oz unsulphured are spectacular color and taste.

My favorite apricots in the whole world
I love these apricots so much. I buy several pounds in December and snack on them till Spring. They're so full of flavor and the soft juicy texture is perfection. I will be back again and again.

Rich flavored, chewy snack! Just like I made myself. Flavor is more intense than the sulfured apricots.

Most flavorful
ApricotKing's unsulphured dried apricots provide lots of chewy flavor. Love them right from the bag and do keep them refrigerated. They are great for cooking and can be somewhat 'reconstituted' by a soak in water if you prefer. Consistently great taste!

I always used to stock up on the Blenheim's when I went to Trader Joes. A few months ago, I was dismayed that they were no longer carrying these gems. After searching, I located them at Apricot King. The Gonzales family has very high standards in their merchandise as well as service. They actually care what a customer thinks of their product. That is why I am a repeat customer. As long as they grow them, I will buy them! Support this small business!

These apricots are like candy from heaven. When you first pop one in your mouth you go, huh? Where's the flavor? After about 4 seconds the flavor builds until you can not stand it...and you start to chew!! Oh my, now we are talking, oops, can't go there. This is read by the public after all. I like the flavor of both sulfured and sulfured apricots. These were very good. Packaging was excellent.
