Unsulphured Blenheim apricots are cut in half & sun dried.
No sugar added. No sulphur.
They are dried (almost cured) for about 7 days, scraped, washed, and redried.
This year's unsulphured are the best we've ever done....magnificently rich in color and flavor.
They can be frozen or refrigerated for years.
We keep them very dry......but you can soften them up with a little water.
The darker black they are.....the sweeter they are.
All our fruit is organically grown.
These 16 oz unsulphured are spectacular color and taste.

Chewy goodness.
While i love the sulfured groups I 'need' these unsulfured to stave me over! Chewy, tasty apricots that don't last long around me! Also good for cooking for true apricot flavor, try them in rice! An old Armenian 'wedding rice' is cooked with lots of buttery goodness and topped with steaming chopped apricots, slivered almonds, dates and raisins, was considered a treat and looked great for any wedding dinner service.

Who needs a freezer?
You won't require a freezer because they will be consumed immediately. The Apricot King and Queen have outdone all other food purveyors.

Second time purchasing from Apricot King/ Highly recommended
I started buying dried unsulfured Blenheim apricots from two different farms in Hollister after Trader Joe's stopped selling them a couple years ago. While neither farm seems to have the same dried apricots as Trader Joe's used to carry (not as large or tart), they are not bad. Since one bag is twice the price of the TJs ones, even with a discount, I am not able to purchase them very often. Customer service is great! They are shipped immediately and arrive promptly.

Delicious!
I first had ApricotKing's chocolate dipped apricots as favors at a wedding reception and loved them. When I went online to order some of those, I saw the unsulphured apricots and thought I'd try them. They are outstanding!! It's nearly impossible to not eat the entire bag in the first couple days. Thank you Gonzales family for continuing to grow these wonderful apricots!

Blenheim apricots, the best!
These are the best apricots in the world! I mean that and they are hard to find. Until I had an Apricot King apricot, I thought I had seen the end of an era. I have not tasted the real thing in at least 20 yrs. I noticed a change in how apricots tasted, their size and availability. Apricot King's Blenheim's remind me of my the trees on my fathers property in Southern California when I was a child. Over the years these apricots seemed to disappear. Thank you so much Apricot King!

BEST non-sulfured organic, Bleinheim apricot. I like them tart, a little sweet and these are perfect. Without the sulfur, they don't look as golden but tastes better and does not trigger allergic reactions. LOVE!
