Unsulphured Blenheim apricots are cut in half & sun dried.
No sugar added. No sulphur.
They are dried (almost cured) for about 7 days, scraped, washed, and redried.
This year's unsulphured are the best we've ever done....magnificently rich in color and flavor.
They can be frozen or refrigerated for years.
We keep them very dry......but you can soften them up with a little water.
The darker black they are.....the sweeter they are.
All our fruit is organically grown.
These 16 oz unsulphured are spectacular color and taste.

Chewy goodness
Great snack, chewy and flavorful. They don't last long around me though I do like to use them in cooked rice and soups. Best source for unsulfurred apricots for sure.

unsulfured apricots
This is my daughter's favorite, she doesn't like Turkish apricots because they have a flat sweet taste with no depth. We are also reactive to sulfur and non sulfured apricots are hard to find! If you are new to this product, you may want to be prepared to steam to soften them as they arrive especially after they've been stored in the refrigerator or freezer.

The taste of these apricots exceeds anything I have tasted in years. Literally I have not seen the likes of Blenheim apricots in the last 30 years. Fresh apricots in stores began to be tasteless and were the large type. When I was a child in Southern California my family had a small orchard of Blenheim Apricots so I know their goodness fresh and tried. I am grateful to the growers at Apricot King for caring about and preserving this beautiful fruit.

The Best Unsulfured Apricots!
These are delicious. It is hard to find unsulfured apricots. Since I found Apricot King, I had to look no further. They are moist, flavorful, and everyone loves them.
