It's August 2025 and its back....Fresh off the trays!
Hoping our 2025-2026 crop will yield exceptionally rich and dark in unsulphured Blenheims.
These apricots are organically grown and dried in the sun with NO preservatives.
As they sun-dry, they become black in color....deep, dark, complex, and delicious.
They are very chewy.
The higher the sugar content, the darker they become.
The connoisseurs are going to love these.
They need to be refrigerated. They will hold in the freezer for up to one year.
Don't complain that they're too dry......they have to be dry or the moisture will cause them to mold.

Outstanding Treat
Dried apricots are my number #1 favorite food. Dried unsulphured, Blenheim apricots are the best of the best. This was my third eight pound order from the ApricotKing. They are expensive but they are outstanding.

Secret weapon going on 12 years
I've been ordering these ugly little apricots for over 12 years. It started with an Almond Apricot pound cake recipe - but I've found that these work incredibly well in savory dishes that need just a touch of fruitiness. Crockpot curries, mexican recipes that use a lot of dried chilies benefit from the dark sweetness of these apricots. I make a persimmon bread with these apricots. I keep them in my freezer. They are ugly as all get out - but they disappear into dishes - leaving just a trace of something wonderful.

Just What We've Been Looking For!
This kind of apricot is hard to find, but they are our favorites. So excited to have found a good source here. Delicious and shipped right away. We'll be back!

UNSULPHURED BLENHEIM APRICOTS
Best quality BLENHEIM APRICOTS available. Reminds me of days when I lived in Europe and went to the market.
