They are truly the best walnuts ever.
(Everyone says they'll never eat the store bought ones again)
They are light halves & pieces, Chandler variety, clean, blond-colored, and
have a wonderful "no-bite" buttery flavor. 12 oz 1.75 lbs
The secret to good walnuts is to keep them refrigerated.
They will hold in the refrigerator (never the freezer) for a year.
New studies show people who eat nuts every day live longer, are healthier, and slimmer than those who don't eat nuts much or at all.
With that said, here's a little more help to really enjoy these heart-healthy goodies as we have the best premium walnuts around!!
**Our walnuts were certified organic until 2005...we've not changed our farming practices, just quit the certifying and paperwork fees that go with organic walnuts.

Oh gooood!
Had not planned on ordering the large bag of walnuts, thought I ticked the 14oz. My husband likes the walnuts so it would have been plenty for him, but I didn't tick the 'right' box and when I saw the large bag thought, oops. But from one that doesn't like walnuts so much, ok good in cookies or baklava! But I don't like the aftertastes and that odd 'bite' they leave when you eat some! Well....ran through that bag like the wind! I probably never had 'fresh' walnuts like this! I think I have eaten most of the bag!!! And then the cherries in the snack pack with the walnuts! Whole new snacking fun here! Time to reorder NOW!

Really fresh and tasty.
Really good and they don't leave that odd feeling in your mouth and maybe why I don't usually eat them. They are a fav of my husbands and decided to order some for him, thought I order the smaller packet because I don't eat them. Opened the order and there was this large size of walnuts, oops. So I filled a bowl for the counter top and the rest in the fridge. Tried one...then two..then..I need to order another large bag!!! Very fresh and not bits but the whole walnut (in two pieces as usual), very tasty. I have some every day, great snack with a bit of dried fruit, well maybe a 'large bit of dried fruit'. Highly recommend and noted that after having a 'handful' there is not that odd aftertaste and like 'sore mouth' after eathing them in the past..maybe why I didn't like walnuts!!! Highly recommend them, would be great for better tasing baked goodies!!
