YOU GET A JAM, YOU GET A JAM, EVERYBODY GETS A JAM
We've made a delicious little 4 oz apricot jam. We want to include …
Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.
Apricot Leathers 16 oz
The wildly popular and fabulously sweet leathers are what the old timers request.
This is fruit done the "old fashioned" way - overripe fruit pulled off the tray, lightly rinsed and very, very sun-dried.
They are intensely flavored, firm & dry, & extra sweet.
No water weight; just the fruit dried to a crispy, bone dry texture.
16 oz bags
If you like your cots soft and tender, order any of our other apricots.
The 2019 crop yielded tons of slabs which we've turned into leathers.

Very firm and delicious! Perfect for snacking or eating with yogurt/muesli. Will definitely order again!

I really don't want to write a review telling people how good these leathers are because they sell out too fast as it is. They are better than any candy, and are always a go to treat in the evenings for me.
Love Those Leathers!

I grew up in the San Jose foothills, picking and scraping cots as a kid, in the summers. I learned to love Blenheim apricots, especially the leathers. I live in Maryland now, but I still buy dried Blenheims from Apricot King Orchards and share them with my friends here. I’ve made a few converts who will never go back to Turkish apricots.

I love the apricot leathers. Super dry and tangy, I eat these delicious treats by the handful; I really can't get enough. If you're an apricot aficionado, these are for you. Enjoy them as often as possible. Really. Buy as many bags as you can. So good.
The best of the best

Even though I love all their dried apricots, the leathers are the best of the best. I eat a handful nightly and if it gets too late my golden retriever, Chelsea, will remind me that she hasn't had her favorite treat yet.
The best of the best.

I have been buying product from you for years. It is the best. We have stopped by several times and always enjoyed our visit. Keep up the great work.
These chewy, tart apricots are a real treat.

Highly recommend these “leathers”. Thanks Apricot King!

So delicious and full of concentrated apricot flavor. These are better than the best apricot leather, and without any added sugars or other ingredients. Naturally sweet (tempered with a little tartness) and complex. Eat and savor them slowly. I keep them in the refrigerator, but they are the most flavorful at room temperature. I carry some in my jersey pockets on an afternoon of cycling for some quick (and tasty) natural energy.
Just Like Old Times

When I was a kid, we had several old apricot trees in Santa Clara Valley. We would sulfur then dry the apricots on trays placed on the roof. The Apricot King leathers remind of those apricots. Yum!
