About ApricotKing
Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.
Enjoy!
Apricot Pepper Syrup
Some people like it warm and spicy!
There's a little kick at the end........but it will not set your hair on fire.
It's subtle.....slightly warmer than our Apricot Pepper Jam. It is pourable and one of our most popular items.
A dollop on your fish, pork, chicken, or ham. We love to mix it with barbecue sauce for the mystery taste.
Made with dried Blenheim apricots, apple cider vinegar, dried red chili peppers and crushed jalapeño peppers.
15 oz.

Good on almost anything

This sweet-hot syrup is a family favorite. We mostly use it on chicken and rice, but you can use it to pep up almost anything, either sweet or savory. Delicious!

Love this syrup
Posted by Sue E. on Sep 22nd 2018
I have used this syrup for at least 6 years, especially as a sauce with salmon. After purchasing single bottles at farmers' markets for a long time, I finally started ordering it by the case so that I would never run out!
