Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.
Killer Apricot Syrup
Excellent apricot syrup made with very little sugar as our Blenheim apricots are sweet enough. We added less than 10% sugar to make our syrup pourable and perfect. Our apricot syrup is perfect for ice cream, waffles, pancakes, or on ham or chicken. Tastes like you're sitting under an apricot tree in the fresh season! 12 oz. bottles
Apricot Syrup is the best!

I've been using Penzey's apricot syrup for years. It is so delicious on waffles and pancakes and I like that i is a pleasant change from maple syrup. My granddaughter loves it--the whole family adores it, so I always have to buy two bottles. It is of such good quality and always welcome on our breakfast table. Oh, and it rocks on French toast, too. I like it because it is NOT too sweet. A bit of tang adds resonance.

This is a fantastic addition to waffles or pancakes. Shared the first bottle with our granddaughters and now we have to fight to have our share. Even gave one granddaughter a bottle of her very own for Christmas. Think it was her favorite gift!! I like my syrup a little sweeter, so sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
