Since 1946, the Gonzales family has grown the rare and fabulous California Blenheim apricots. Grown on our Hollister ranch, we continue to be the farmer, pruner, dryer, packer, and seller of the vanishing Blenheim apricot. We produce the best tasting apricots in the world all "Home Grown in the Flavor Zone"!
In addition to our incredible dried apricots, be sure to discover our variety of nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds) and other dried fruits (peaches, pears, prunes, and more). For those who believe less is more, we have dark and delicious unsulfured dried apricots. And don't forget our sweet and tart selection of apricot jams and syrups as well as our decadent chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Simply delicious! Everything here on the ranch is organically grown.
Apricot Pepper Syrup
Some people like it warm and spicy!
There's a little kick at the end........but it will not set your hair on fire.
It's subtle.....slightly warmer than our Apricot Pepper Jam. It is pourable and one of our most popular items.
A dollop on your fish, pork, chicken, or ham. We love to mix it with barbecue sauce for the mystery taste.
Made with dried Blenheim apricots, apple cider vinegar, dried red chili peppers and crushed jalapeño peppers.
Glad I discovered this!!

I thought the Apricot Pepper Jam was good, and it is. The Apricot Pepper Syrup steps it up a notch for flavor - more pepper with the apricot flavor getting lost. Tried it on chicken. Will use it as a marinade so the flavor has time to give better saturation. Used it as a baking sauce which gave only a mild flavoring to the chicken. Hey, this stuff tastes great right off a spoon!! Get some.
Tempura shrimp with apricot pepper syrup

I recently discovered your apricot pepper syrup. It’s really good. Now we’re trying out different things to put it on. The most favorite at the moment is using it as a dip for tempura shrimp. It’s the bomb. We go through a lot of it., but I’m the long run, it’s worth it
A little bit of heat!

I've been enjoying this sauce for years. Like the standard sauce but a little more heat! I pour it over omelets, pancakes, ice cream, salmon, chicken, pork...
The very best apricot flavor. I sometimes take it to friends dinner parties instead of wine.
Delicious spicy/sweet syrup for almost anything

We marinated chicken breasts in the pepper apricot syrup and it had wonderful flavor! I have yet to try it on other foods but overall great quality and will buy again :)

This sweet-hot syrup is a family favorite. We mostly use it on chicken and rice, but you can use it to pep up almost anything, either sweet or savory. Delicious!
Love this syrup

I have used this syrup for at least 6 years, especially as a sauce with salmon. After purchasing single bottles at farmers' markets for a long time, I finally started ordering it by the case so that I would never run out!
