The 2015 crop is here!
This year's crop of almonds was less abundant than in previous years, but very smooth and fresh. All California almonds by law are pasturized. Ours are steam pasturized and are crunchy and sweet-tasty. Just raw, no flavorings, saltings, or roasting. Keep refrigerated.

These almonds are absolutely delicious right out of the bag. Delicate, buttery taste, zero bitterness, perfect crunch -- highly recommend! I'm pretty much ruined for grocery store almonds now.

Extremely fresh and clean tasting. I roasted some and used them chopped for ice cream topping. . Ate some whole and raw. Excellent.

The best almonds we have ever found. Stop buying almonds anywhere else! These are fresher than you can find elsewhere and they have more of the almond flavor and crunch that defines a good almond.
