Back again:  our largest jar of low-sugar jam.

Our 16 ounce jar of beautiful Blenheim

apricot jam made from our dried apricots.

Most jams call for 50% sugar, but our cots are sweet enough that we only add a little sugar to make the pectin set (less than 10%).

Tastes like you're sitting under a tree eating killer-good fresh apricots.

Excellent and really the pure taste of apricots.

We can't brag enough about it!

    Apricot Jam

Always, always my favorite jam to add to yogurt or cottage cheese or on whole grain crackers. I am never disappointed in the taste and quality of this jam. The Apricot Pepper Jam Is great to have on hand, as well.

Love this Low sugar jam. Pairs with everything. I pair it with crunchy Adams peanut butter on toasted muffin. I order 3-4 jars every time.

Best anywhere. Improves anything paired with it--toast, yoghurt, etc. Perfect cake or cookie filling.

    Amazingly delicious Apricot Jam!

Posted by Deb on Sep 10th 2025

This jam is my very favorite of any fruit jam. It is low in sugar, tastes exactly like a fresh apricot. I love it on toast but I have to admit that I eat it by the spoonful straight out of the jar. Absolutely delicious! I sometimes even share it as gifts...if I have enough.
