This is fruit done the "old fashioned" way - overripe fruit pulled off the tray, lightly rinsed and very, very sun-dried.
They are intensely flavored, tough/dry, & sweet.
No water weight; just the fruit ........it's fight to the finish on these spectacular leathers.

Leather are labor intensive, difficult to clean and hand-pack.

2025 leathers
I've always been a fan and this isn't my first review! 2025 was a great year. The fruit is super flavorful with that special tart finish only Apricot King can provide. This year was a bit chewier- the fruits seemed larger. Every year is special and it has been a pleasure to order these over and over-

I usually purchase these at a local farmers market but haven't been able to make it recently so have been buying directly from Apricot King. The Apricot Leathers are the most delicious, chewy and satisfying snack! Always a consistent product and fast shipping. Highly recommend.
