2024-2025 Leathers are excellent......just pealed off the trays!
The wildly popular and fabulously sweet leathers are the first items to sell our after each harvest.
The old-timers are always asking for overripe slab fruit done the "old fashioned" way...overripe fruit pulled off the tray & very, very sun-dried.
They are intensely flavored, tough, & killer sweet (think of a brand new pair of jeans - they're never the same after you wash them).
These are unique in their flavor and texture.
A fight to the finish, (and we like it that way), dried to a strong, leathery status with incredible concentrated flavor.
If you like them soft and moist, order our FABULOUS slabs .
Leathers can be re-hydrated by rinsing them in water, but who would want to do that? Keep refrigerated or frozen.

Apricot leathers
These are very good this year. They're always the most flavorful and excellent for baking although Patti thinks that I should use the less expensive ones for baking. Sorry Patti that I'm not listening to you and still use these leathers to make my apricot and cherry pound cakes. They're worth the cost.

Nothing compares
These apricots are just like the ones my grandparents cut and dried from their orchards. As children, we helped with the cutting and had crates of dried apricots to eat all year long. I missed this for years, never finding anything similar until these leathers. Not a day goes by that I don't grab a handful.

These apricots are so good they are addictive!
The apricot leathers are the best apricots I've ever eaten. I can't stop eating them. Its a real problem. I thought that ApricotKing's regular dried Blenheim apricots were the best apricots ever until I started eating the leathers which, somehow, are even better.
